in June 1971 for the purpose of developing and managing
housing. Hallmark’s portfolio consists of commercial and
conventional, Senior Citizen Subsidized, Housing Tax
Credits (LIHTC) and affordable residential housing
totaling over 1200 units.
Hallmark manages properties for many Community
Development Corporations (CDC). The Following is a list
