BACKGROUND INFORMATION

IHallmark Realty. was established in June, 1971 for the purpose of developing and managing housing. Hallmark's portfolio consists of Commercial and Conventional, Senior Citizen, Housing Tax Credits(LIHTC) and affordable sidential housing totaling over 1,200 units.

The Company’s central office is located at 540 East 105^th Street, Suite 100, Cleveland, Ohio 441008. Its Principals are: Leon R. Hogg, President; and Rodger P. Saffold, C.P.A., Secretary/Treasurer. Mr. Hogg lives in Orange Village and Mr. Saffold in Cleveland Heights.
