As previously mentioned, Hallmark employs over forty (40) individuals in its administrative, custodial/maintenance, managerial and accounting departments.

Both of the Hallmark Principals are Certified Property Managers (CPMs) though the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Three (3) of its five managers are Accredited Residential Managers (ARMs) also through IREM, one is a CPM candidate and one has taken the course and is awaiting sufficient experience credits to meet the eligibility requirements.

Hallmark frequently participates in workshops and seminars sponsored by the Ohio Department of Development’s Housing Finance Agency on LIHTC property and Tenant Compliance as well as workshops on LIHTC "Compliance Monitoring Reporting Requirements."
